new york was alot of fun, i wanted to suprise my friends @ a place i knew they would all be at so i flew in late monday evening and it went great :] had a good time while i was there, thanks everyone!!! and it was nice to meet the new people i’ve been wanting to meet too! the most memorable part of my trip though was the flight home today..
i missed my 10:30 flight and the 12:30 was cancelled so i had to take the 3:30pm.. there was a flight to charlotte @ 3:24 but i decided to fly to greensboro to be picked up rather than charlotte, so the plane right ahead of me was the plane that crash landed into the ocean leaving us on the runway wondering what in the world is happening as i saw police cars fly across the runway.. that’s when my phone went off like crazy and i didn’t know what was going on
it was a scary time, and they never told us what happened on the plane, they just made up something simple to keep us calm and eventually we took off.. so we didn’t even have the option of getting off the plane if we wanted too
i thought how amazing is God to keep all 140 of those passengers safe and how greatful i am i didn’t take the charlotte flight out 4 minutes before my plane was set to lift, and how scary this is.. thank you everyone for calling me and all the concern, it’s amazing what can happen so quickly and how fast you appreciate life.. if you’re mad or upset with someone make sure you fix it before the day is over with bc you never know if you or them will wake up the next day to fix the problem that probably wasn’t even worth having..
after i would get my whoopins when i was younger my mom made sure to tell me she loved me and why she did what she did so i wouldn’t go to bed hating my parents (which didn’t always work lol)
i love all my friends and family and i am so happy to have all of you
i’m watching the news and it’s crazy to see.. when i landed in greensboro the news reporters we’re everywhere & my aunt who is a flight attendant was outside waiting on me
(i got to see snow!)
just a thought… if God is amazing for keeping all 140 passengers safe… does that mean he’s horrible for allowing the deaths of 6 million Jews in Germany… or 750 non-combatant Palestinians in Gaza?

great post… its amazing how little things in our life happen for a reason… Like the in the Benjamin Button movie how the reenacted all the things that happened that led the girl to get hit by that car. Its like if you werent late and hadnt decided to fly in the boro you could have been on that flight. Its crazy how our steps are ordered. Things that happen that make us think we are late for something but in actually God is thinking what are you rushing for because you are right on time.

God doesnt care about anyone’s religion and neither do i. my point was that we [without noticing] are quick to give God credit for miracles and ignore that tragedies are the norm.
btw… that does not mean that this was not a miracle.
