Complex put together a list of their top 25 albums of 09 and have announced Cudi as being number one. Congrats to Cudi and great job complex on a list with which I pretty much agree with 100%. You know half the reasons for these lists is to create debate! cudi’s album is deserved of its position though, one album I feel they missed is the Ecstatic

Krissy mostly explained why it was number 1. A debut album that was movie based with Common as the narrator. And the fact that his tracks were fusions of different genres. I don’t think anyone else could really attempt a track with RATATAT and MGMT and still be dope. Just proves that you don’t have to be hard and talkin’ about hoes suckin’ dick to make good music. And he does make G.O.O.D. Music.
I personally would’ve liked to see Wale’s album in the top 25 somewhere tho. And this list is a joke, cause mixtapes aren’t albums.

not to be on the loner’s dick but he made a simple album that unifies anyone and everyone who felt left out of the picture through the years that people felt they couldn’t make up. he is no longer a loner because now we have his back.
