I have started a habit of thoroughly enjoying the shows i go to rather than collect memories or proper footage that i should for herfection. Sowwy, but had to make this post to recognize Chiddy Bang. What an amazing following they had in NYC. There we’re so many kids there, and i mean kids as young as 12 trying to see them. Xaphoon was a treat to witness on the drums, as the same goes for Chiddy.. As a part of their show throughout the tour they ask the crowd to toss up 8 random phrases (from teddy bears to illegal immigrants) and the crowd didn’t hold back. As always Chiddy delivered a stable 3 minute freestyle including all the wild terms tossed at him to plug, it was surprising and a treat to hear. Xaphoon told me at the after party he wants to let me share a record with you all when it’s ready, and the artist it features had my eyes glowing =o). XV did an amazing job to end their tour (starting off with a brand new track yet to be heard, look forward to that!) as well as Donnis, who brought out capo Jim Jones and Freeky! The energy all evening was live, and i think Chiddy Bang had everyone in the place ready to start all over when they ended with their hit “Opposite of Adults.” <3
