Here’s the penultimate episode of this season!

I was out in Abu Dhabi last week and managed to catch Coles first performance out in the Middle East. Cole was performing as part of a free concert series on the beach for the Grand Prix weekend.

Irving Plaza was packed last night with little sneaker head kids and hip-hop fans all over.. Although i couldn’t stick around to catch KL, my friend Jason Chandler sent over some footage of Kendrick surprising the crowd by bringing out A$AP Rocky to perform alongside him!

Love this hearbreaking record and now the fitting music video. The talented singer/songwriter offers the first single to the Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 soundtrack. I’ll also be seeing the new Twilight, in theaters Nov. 18!

After producing a slew of unofficial music videos for the likes of The Weeknd, Frank Ocean, The Throne, Does It Offend You, Yeah? and Mr. Little Jeans, the High5Collective got the ok from Theophilus London to go ahead and create the official clip for his new single Love Is Real. The result is another impressive output from the Los Angeles film makers, which follows two young adults meeting by chance and then having one hell of a night out on the town. The track is off the Brooklyn rapper’s debut LP, Timez Are Weird These Days, which is out now on Reprise Records. -EVR

Earlier in the year LA natives Diz & partner/producer Moonshine let go of 2 new records “The Return”, and “Slick” – which has now led to their 6-track EP offering ‘The Return’ presented by Herfection & BGRT. Having such little material Diz & Moon have made an impact that has had fans waiting for more since their 2009 release of “Soon You’ll Understand.” With this project these 2 bring the same energy as if they never left, polished and classic, musically mixing style substance joy and pain. Diz has always been one of my favorite artist out of the West Coast, it’s an honor to be able and support music that’s created solemnly for the love, desire, & respect that carries no saturation. If you’re not aware of Diz Gibran here’s you’re re-introduction and come 2012 the duo will be back in full!
