This was last Wednesday; In particular we we’re celebrating friends of 105, Anthony & Amy’s marriage <3. It was a great evening as usual (more Rosewood themed this night), it’s a party that happens every Wed (free entry) @ CV located at 105 Rivington btwn Ludlow and Essex. If you’ve ever heard of Chicago’s imfamous Super Fun party, then meet it’s brother Big Fun every Wed in NYC!

Bruno is definitely one to get in tune with. Hear that he is very talented, and must be to write such a killin record for Cee-Lo, i like that song. Probably gonna check him out tonight in the city @ The Bowery Ballroom.

Before you look forward to the flicks in this post, know that they’re are only 3 and of all this quality! Someone sent me photo’s through =o) check’em out.
I have started a habit of thoroughly enjoying the shows i go to rather than collect memories or proper footage that i should for herfection. Sowwy, but had to make this post to recognize Chiddy Bang. What an amazing following they had in NYC. There we’re so many kids there, and i mean kids as young as 12 trying to see them. Xaphoon was a treat to witness on the drums, as the same goes for Chiddy.. As a part of their show throughout the tour they ask the crowd to toss up 8 random phrases (from teddy bears to illegal immigrants) and the crowd didn’t hold back. As always Chiddy delivered a stable 3 minute freestyle including all the wild terms tossed at him to plug, it was surprising and a treat to hear. Xaphoon told me at the after party he wants to let me share a record with you all when it’s ready, and the artist it features had my eyes glowing =o). XV did an amazing job to end their tour (starting off with a brand new track yet to be heard, look forward to that!) as well as Donnis, who brought out capo Jim Jones and Freeky! The energy all evening was live, and i think Chiddy Bang had everyone in the place ready to start all over when they ended with their hit “Opposite of Adults.” <3

This album brings back the spirit of the golden era with lyrics from the heart, classic head nod beats and turntablism from this Brooklyn based MC/DJ. Raw underground hip hop at its finest w/ guest appearances from Craig G, C-Rayz Walz, Vordul Mega & Tableek.

Summer is leaving =o/ and this weather in NYC has been depressin! But it’ll pick back up this Thursday =o). Chip had one of the best summer records too me, hope you made use of it. Imflashy: While on the road for Chip’s Gift Rap two day tour featuring the C9 crew in Orlando and Tampa, we stole more than a couple of minutes to speak to the humbled Cleveland native. During our discussion we spoke on his musical start in Cleveland as well as Cudi, the upcoming Gift Raps project which is being entirely produced by Chuck Inglish, his label situation and additional footage.
